L-CNG refueling station is an organic combination of LNG and CNG refueling methods, which can not only meet the refilling of LNG vehicles such as heavy trucks and buses, but also meet the refilling of CNG vehicles.
The liquid discharge of the LNG storage tank is divided into two routes. The LNG submersible pump skids the first route to pressurize to 1.2MPa and then enters the LNG dispenser. Another line of LNG is pressurized to 25MPa by the high-pressure plug pump skid, and then enters the vaporizer skid to be gasified to room temperature gas. It is distributed to the high-pressure gas cylinder group by the timing controller, and is divided into three routes of high, medium and low to enter the CNG dispenser. It mainly includes four modes: unloading mode, pressure regulation and saturation adjustment mode, precooling and filling mode, and unloading mode.
