It is a rack-style cryogenic filling manifold with steel basket frames for holding multiple cryogenic gas cylinders. It enables simultaneous bulk filling of oxygen (O2), nitrogen (N2), argon (Ar) and CO2 from cryogenic storage tanks via cryo pump or differential pressure feeding. It is widely used in industrial gas filling plants and gas bottling workshops.

Standard basket unit: Each basket is equipped with 6/8/10/12 cylinders; custom options are available from 4 to 24 positions based on the customer’s filling capacity and factory layout. Each cylinder is equipped with an independent stop valve and filling branch pipe.

Three options available:

1.Full-automatic: PLC intelligent control, auto weight cutoff filling, basket hydraulic clamping and real-time pressure/temp monitoring with HMI panel.

2.Manual: Manual valve operation & manual cylinder weighing;

3.Semi-automatic: Auto pressure control + manual cylinder loading/unloading on basket;

All auto-configured manifolds equip independent weight sensing cutoff, overpressure relief valve and emergency quick shutoff valve; once overfill or abnormal pressure occurs, system automatically cuts off liquid feeding to prevent cylinder overcharging risk.

Reserve flat ground space matching basket dimension, connect cryogenic liquid supply pipeline from bulk tank, configure power supply and set up outdoor safe vent pipeline for relief gas exhausting.

Daily: Check hose leakage and basket locking tightness; Monthly: Inspect valve sealing and relief valve function; Annual: Full pressure hydro-test & replace aging flexible filling hoses to extend service life.
