❷When CNG quickly goes from 25 MPa to a lower pressure, the temperature drops a lot. Our two-stage heating keeps the gas between 60–75°C while the pressure goes down, so the outlet temperatures stay above -5°C no matter the weather. That’s super important to stop shutdowns in cold places during winter.

❸Our standard setup deals with 1000 m³/h of gas, but we make units from 30 m³/h to 10000 m³/h too.

◤Included components

Each skid has a main regulator, a backup, and a shut-off valve all linked up. If the main one fails, the backup takes over. If both mess up, the shut-off valve stops everything at 1.1 times the set pressure. This “safe” system follows ASME rules for when nobody’s watching.

◤Filter First

CNG from tube trailers has tiny bits from compressors and pipelines. Our 10-micron filter keeps regulator parts safe from scratches, which can cause pressure problems.

◤How We Measure

We put the flow meter after the regulator. This makes the measurements more right. Since the pressure is lower, we can use regular-sized gauges, which cuts down on repair costs.

◤Heating Things Up

Our water bath heaters use closed-loop circulation to keep the temperature steady (±2°C). Electric heaters are there as backup or the main heat if no steam is around. We figure out how much heat is needed by thinking about the worst situations such as when the flow is highest, and the starting temperature is lowest.
