I. Cylinder winding
Put the containers on the shelves and preheat the aluminum foil to 100 ℃ for 120 hours for later use
The starting end is fixed with tape, and the foil is placed on the synchronous rotating drum with moderate tension
Each section consists of 5 turns, with an overlap of 30-40mm between sections
Control density: 16-18 layers ≈10 mm; The cylinder has 50 layers and the pipes 30 layers, with a total thickness of 20 to 30 mm
The last layer of polyester thread is sewn together without looseness or wrinkles
Ii. Head winding
Stack 5 layers of aluminum foil on a flat plate, cut it into polygons according to the unfolded pattern, and sew it into shape
It overlaps with the insulation layer of the cylinder by 30-40 mm, with a smooth transition at the junction
The cylinder body and the head are alternately constructed until the designed thickness is reached

Iii. Bundling and Venting
6 to 8 longitudinal glass strips (pipes exempted)
Circumferential thread bundles, with a spacing of 100-150mm, should be neither too tight nor too loose
Use a φ 3-4mm steel needle to Pierce holes along the tangential line, with a hole spacing of 180-200mm, to facilitate vacuuming
Iv. Materials and Pretreatment
Aluminum foil: 0.006- 0.009mm × 850mm, pre-punched holes φ4- 6mm, hole spacing 150mm
Glass fiber paper cushion layer: 0.015- 0.02mm, 40- 50mm wider than aluminum foil, free of grease and dirt
After baking, keep at 50 ℃ and use up within 168 hours
Strictly following the above steps can ensure that the insulation layer is dense and the vacuum performance is stable.
