Ambient air vaporizer

This series of vaporizers uses the heat of the air to heat the low-temperature liquid in the heat exchange tube. The fins of the heat exchange tube absorb the heat in the air and conduct it to the low-temperature liquid in the tube, so that it is vaporized into gas.

Ambient air vaporizer is a new type of high-efficiency and energy-saving gasification equipment. .It does not need to consume electricity or steam.It has no moving parts, no maintenance, and no noise.

It is widely used in liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, and liquid Gasification of cryogenic liquids such as LNG.

The Ambient air vaporizer is mainly composed of star-shaped vaporization tube fins, liquid-gas guide tubes, bases, brackets, inlet and outlet joints, etc.

Star-shaped vaporization tube fin: The material is LF anti-rust aluminum alloy, with a diameter of 115mm or 160mm, respectively with 8 symmetrical fins, good vaporization effect, durable, corrosion-resistant and weather-resistant.

Liquid diversion tube: The material is copper tube or 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel tube, which is resistant to high pressure and impact.

Base and bracket: the material is made of angle aluminum, which is durable, corrosion-resistant and durable.

Medium: LNG, NG, CNG, LO2, LN2, LAr, LCO2, NH3, LPG, etc.;

Working pressure: 0.1-40MPa;

Gasification capacity of a single unit: 20-10000Nm³/h, no matter how large the size is, it is not easy to transport, please choose a combination of multiple units;

Equipment classification: vaporizer, heater, supercharger, etc.

The star-shaped finned tube is the core component of the evaporator. The material of the finned tube is anti-rust aluminum. The fins of the finned tube are commonly used with 8 fins and 12 fins. The outer diameter of the finned tube mainly has two specifications. φ160mm and φ200mm, and φ200mm is usually used for large-scale vaporization.

All parts are made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel with excellent oxygen corrosion resistance and high performance, and the high-pressure connection between the stainless steel core tube and the fins is tight. Before leaving the factory, nitrogen blow-drying is carried out in accordance with the oxygen standard to ensure product quality and make it safer to use.

The Ambient vaporizerr is a high-efficiency energy-saving product, which can save a lot of electricity and steam compared with the water-bath electric heating vaporizer and the steam heating water-bath vaporizer.

It can ensure the normal working pressure of each part at cryogenic temperature, avoid sealing and freezing, and has the characteristics of good sealing performance, safety, reliability, non-corrosion and long service life.

The structure is compact, the arrangement is uniform, tidy, beautiful and elegant, and the finned tube adopts large finned tube.

The welds at the joints of all parts are welded by argon arc welding, the welds are neat, beautiful, without undercuts, pores and other defects.

They are strictly cleaned before leaving the factory to remove impurities. They are all tested for water pressure and air tightness. There is no leakage phenomenon. After the pressure test, they are all blown dry with dry nitrogen.

Ambient vaporizer realizes the gasification function by relying on its own sensible heat and absorbing the heat of the external atmospheric environment, which is its advantage.
