LNG vaporizer is a device that converts liquefied natural gas (LNG) into natural gas (NG). LNG requires a low temperature state during storage and transportation, but it needs to be heated to normal temperature before use. It is mainly composed of two parts: an evaporator and a heater, and is widely used in urban gas, industrial gas and other fields.
The control system mainly includes the following aspects:
- System monitoring: Ensure the stable operation of the LNG vaporizer through real-time monitoring of liquid gas flow, temperature, pressure, liquid level and other parameters.
- Control valve: During the vaporization process, the inlet and outlet valves need to be controlled to adjust the vaporization rate and stabilize the LNG pressure.
- Temperature control: Adjust the vaporization rate and outlet temperature of LNG by controlling the heating power of the water bath or heater.
- Automatic protection: When abnormal conditions such as over-temperature, over-pressure, and low liquid level occur, the control system will automatically cut off heating and feeding to protect the equipment.
- Remote control: Through the remote monitoring and control system, remote control and management of the LNG vaporizer can be achieved.
