The cryogenic insulation storage tank is a vacuum powder insulation type, and its structure is a double-layer container composed of an inner container and an outer container, which can be divided into two types: vertical type and horizontal type.
The inner container is made of austenitic stainless steel, namely S30408, according to the containing medium;
The material of the outer container is Q345R according to the different regions of the users.
The inner and outer container interlayers are filled with heat-insulating material pearlite and vacuumized.

Liquid argon storage tank Performance:
- It adopts double-layer tank body, vacuum powder heat insulation, complete quality assurance system, strict manufacturing process, advanced key components, and stable quality.
- It is filled with a certain amount of pearlite, and all the welds of the inner container and outer container of the low-temperature storage tank are tested for leaks by helium mass spectrometry, which has good thermal insulation performance, small evaporation loss, and long service life.
- The amount of epoxy zinc-rich primer and topcoat ensures that the product has a more beautiful appearance and a longer anti-corrosion life.
- The storage tank has a compact structure, and the advanced pipeline and process design make the operation simpler and the maintenance more convenient.
- There are two types of discrete type and horizontal type. In addition to conventional products, cryogenic liquid storage tanks of various volumes and pressure levels can be designed and manufactured.
